Please select the registration fee(s) for which you are paying. The current date of registration will automatically be applied. Please note you must register the spouse at the same time as the main registrant.
To register for the ISTTE 2012 Annual conference and be listed in the roster of attendees, this form must be received no later than September 15, 2012. After September 15, you may register on site, but your name will not appear on the roster of attendees.
PURCHASE ORDER: If you want to guarantee payment with a purchase order, we must receive a hard copy with your registration form.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
A refund less $50.00 for attendees will be granted to requests received prior to September 1, 2012. No refunds after September 18, 2012. All refunds subject to a $25.00 administrative fee.
** Pictures taken at the conference may be posted in ISTTE publications and on the "Members Only" area of the website.
Conference Hotel is the NOVOTEL Freiburg: Please make reservations directly with the hotel. Mention 'ISTTE 2012' member for a special rate of €103 (single room) or €134 (double room). AIRPORTS: International airports with direct flights from many US & overseas cities are Frankfurt, Germany and Zurich, Switzerland
- Frankfurt (Germany): ICE/High Speed direct rail link from airport terminal to Freiburg town center. For train times and fares: http://www.bahn.de/i/view/USA/en/index.shtml
- Zurich (Switzerland): Normal & High Speed direct & indirect rail links. For train times and fares: http://www.sbb.ch/en/home.html (choose Freiburg Breisgau. DO NOT select Freiburg (CH) which is a different town in Switzerland)
- Travel time from both airports is appr. 2 hrs
- The closest airport is EuroAirport (Basel/Mulhouse/Freiburg) with many European flights (connections from cities like London, Paris etc.)
- Travel time 45 minutes by shuttle bus to Freiburg town center (http://www.freiburger-reisedienst.de/en/airportbus/timetable.php)
