Please make your selection from the options below. If you do not select the appropriate date, the correct date will be applied as necessary. Spouses/Significant Others must be registered at the same time as the main registrant.
ALL PRICES ARE PER PERSON AND INCLUDE:
A government tax of $42.70 per person will be added.

PURCHASE ORDER: If you want to guarantee payment with a purchase order, we must receive a hard copy with your registration form.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Full refund will be given when cancellation is received in writing prior to June 15, 2010. A refund less $50.00 will be granted to requests received July 15, 2010. No refunds after August 1, 2010. All refunds subject to a $25.00 administrative fee.
** Pictures taken at the conference may be posted in ISTTE publications and on the "Members Only" area of the website.
